Description:
ISPAH is seeking to appoint an IT Systems Director to lead a small team of 3-4 individuals across the globe. This requires having some flexibility to meet out of work hours. The IT Systems Director oversees all aspects of ISPAH’s IT and online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and overall coordination of the ISPAH IT systems which currently include: the membership system and database, the ISPAH websites, and Microsoft 365 accounts.
- Complete duties in accordance with the role of Data Processor on behalf of ISPAH.
- Liaise with website developer regarding website updates and ongoing maintenance.
- Liaise with website developer regarding congress website updates and ongoing maintenance. This may include liaising with an external Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).
- Attend and provide input at discovery meetings about website content requests with website developer and relevant ISPAH volunteers.
- Provide technical support to the ISPAH Treasurer regarding payment and membership processing as required.
- Liaise with website developer on an annual basis to review the World Bank country income classification schedule and adjust membership registration system accordingly.
- Provide reports (written/verbal) on IT Systems (including membership) at ISPAH Board meetings and the AGM.
- Audit website on a bi-annual basis (June/Dec) to ensure content remains current, including any announcement, and date related information.
- Delegate and respond to IT tickets from ISPAH board members, committee/network members and council members.
- In the absence of any of the IT team members, coordinate and complete any tasks relevant to the overarching IT team.
We are looking for someone to start shadowing from June, to officially take over in October.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Some degree of familiarity with WordPress is desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage a team across the globe.
- Ability to work effectively in partnership with diverse people and organisations.
