IT Systems Team – Membership System

ISPAH is seeking to appoint 3-4 individuals to make up the IT Systems Team. Everyone will have a defined role, as described below. Candidates need to be willing to work with individuals across the globe, often meeting out of work hours.  

This specific role is to manage our Membership System 

This role includes:

• Verify ISPAH membership for JPAH journal to apply member discount.  
• Assist ISPAH members, committee/network members and council members with any account access and/or password issues. 
• Authenticate new and renewed student memberships by reviewing “proof of student status”; where not provided, communicate with individuals and seek upgrade of membership or cancellation. 
• Deal with membership renewal requests. 
• Provide monthly reports on memberships to be shared at each Board meeting (by the IT Director). 

We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Requirements: 

• Willingness to undertake further training and develop new skills. 
• Willingness to learn about IT systems, software and processes.  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
• Some degree of familiarity with WordPress is desirable. 
• Ability to work effectively in partnership with diverse people and organisations
