– Mary Njeri Wanjau, Academy Class of 2025
"This experience has strengthened my peer-review skills and helped me become more confident in providing critical and constructive feedback.”
– Shan Jiang, Academy Class of 2026
"The mentorship process was smooth and highly supportive. Hearing about the experiences of other cohort members during our online meeting added a valuable peer-learning dimension to the programme.”
– Esther Frema Oyebola, Academy Class of 2026
