– Mary Njeri Wanjau, Academy Class of 2025

"This experience has strengthened my peer-review skills and helped me become more confident in providing critical and constructive feedback.
– Shan Jiang, Academy Class of 2026

"The mentorship process was smooth and highly supportive. Hearing about the experiences of other cohort members during our online meeting added a valuable peer-learning dimension to the programme.
– Esther Frema Oyebola, Academy Class of 2026

“Building capacity in the next generation of researchers is a key part of ISPAH’s mission and a focus of our Early Career Network,” said ISPAH Past President Karen Milton. “This Academy will provide meaningful training that will develop the next generation of peer reviewers and improve the research being published by a global community of scholars.”
