As a member of the Communications Committee, the Social Media Interaction and Engagement role is dedicated to fostering active and meaningful interactions across all of ISPAH’s social media platforms. This position involves sharing, reposting, and engaging with the community through comments and direct messages. The commitment for this position is two years.
Roles:
- Share and repost relevant content across ISPAH’s active social media platforms.
2. Monitor and engage with comments on posts, fostering positive discussions and responding to inquiries.
3. Respond promptly to direct messages (DMs) and inquiries received through social media channels.
4. Collaborate with the Social Media Content Scheduler to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with content strategy.
5. Proactively seek opportunities for community engagement and interaction on social media.
6. Stay informed about current trends, discussions, and community sentiment on social media platforms.
7. Provide regular updates to the Communications Committee on social media interaction and engagement metrics.

2. Commitment to dedicating 1-2 hours per week to social media interaction and engagement.
3. Familiarity with various social media platforms and their unique engagement features.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
