As a member of the Communications Committee, the Engagement Reporting role is pivotal in providing regular updates on public and member engagement rates across various social media platforms. This position involves monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of ISPAH’s online engagement efforts. The commitment for this role is two years.

Roles:

  1. Monitor engagement metrics on different social media platforms.

2. Analyze data to provide insights into public and member engagement rates.

3. Generate monthly reports detailing key engagement statistics, including likes, shares, comments, and new followers.

4. Collaborate with the Social Media Content Scheduler and Interaction and Engagement team to align reporting with content strategy.

5. Identify trends and areas for improvement in social media engagement.

6. Present monthly updates on engagement rates during Communications Committee meetings.

7. Provide recommendations for optimizing content and engagement strategies based on analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for data analysis and advancing ISPAH’s mission through effective online engagement.

2. Commitment to dedicating 1-2 hours per week to engagement reporting responsibilities.

3. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.

4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

6. Willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
