Dr Gemma Ryde is a Lecturer at the University of Glasgow in the Institute of Cardiovascular and Medical Sciences. She is also the board of the International Society of Physical Activity and Health. She has a background in community physical activity and is interested in how we get people moving more in their daily lives with a special interest in workplace physical activity interventions. She is also interested in systems based approaches to physical activity, measurement and policy.
