Overview

I am a Senior Research Coordinator at Early Start, University of Wollongong, where I support research projects aimed at promoting healthy food and movement in children. These projects are funded by the NSW Health's Prevention Research Support Program (PRSP). Additionally, I serve as the Chair of the Communications Committee for the International Society for Physical Activity and Health (ISPAH). I'm simultaneously pursuing a Ph.D. as part of the Pacific Ending Childhood Obesity (ECHO) Network established by the World Health Organization. My research focuses on utilising social marketing to increase physical activity and reduce recreational sedentary screen time in Pacific Island children. With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Hons.), my passion lies in evidence-based practices for improving children's health. My research interests encompass public health, physical activity, and nutrition with a focus on children.
