Symposium Presenters
ISPAH 2026 will feature three symposium formats: Traditional, Debate, and Interview. Traditional symposia typically include multiple speakers presenting slides, while Debate and Interview symposia may or may not use slides, depending on the session format determined by the symposium organizers and chair.
Presentation timing within symposium sessions varies according to the approved session format and will be coordinated by the symposium chair. Symposium presenters should communicate with their chair regarding presentation length, speaking order, and discussion periods.
If slides are used, presentation files should be prepared in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
Long Oral Presenters
Long Oral Presentations provide an opportunity to share research findings in greater depth and include:
- 10 minutes for presentation
- 2 minutes for questions and discussion
Presentation times will be strictly observed to ensure sessions remain on schedule. Long Oral presenters should prepare slides in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
Short Oral Presenters
Short Oral Presentations are designed as concise presentations of new research and include:
- 5 minutes for presentation
- 2 minutes for questions and discussion
Given the limited presentation time, presenters are encouraged to focus on key findings and take-home messages. Short Oral presentation files should be submitted in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) format.
Poster Presenters
Poster presentations provide an opportunity for delegates to discuss research findings and network with colleagues throughout the Congress. Presenters are responsible for bringing a printed copy of their poster to the Congress venue on their assigned presentation day.
Poster specifications are:
- Size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height)
- Orientation: Portrait (vertical)
Presenters should display their poster during their assigned presentation day and be available during the designated poster session to discuss their work with attendees. Posters should be removed at the end of the assigned presentation day.
Presentation File Submission
All Short Oral, Long Oral, and Symposium presenters should upload their presentation in advance using the link below:
