The ISPAH Congress 2026 is only one week away and we are so excited for our global community to once again gather, share knowledge, and spark collaboration as we strive for a healthy active world where the opportunities for physical activity and active living are available to all.
Before You Travel
It’s almost time to pack your bags for Mérida! Before traveling, we encourage all delegates to:
- Review your travel documents and entry requirements for México.
- Check the forecast for Mérida and pack for warm, humid weather.
- Save or bookmark the Congress programme for easy access throughout the week.
- Confirm any social event tickets or Congress add-ons included with your registration.
- If you’re presenting, confirm your presentation date and time and review the upload requirements.
Additional arrival information and daily Congress logistics will be shared with delegates before the Congress begins.
Congress Venue
ISPAH Congress 2026 will take place in Mérida, Yucatan, México, from 5–8 October 2026 at the Centro Internacional de Congresos de Yucatán.
Save the Congress venue location before you travel so you’re ready to go when you arrive in Mérida.
Social Events
Make the most of your time in Mérida and connect with colleagues beyond the scientific programme!
Limited tickets remain for the Congress Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner, and Fun 5K Run/Walk.
You can add social event tickets to your existing Congress registration while availability remains.
Congress Programme
Beat the Tuesday morning rush and collect your Congress badge in advance. Early registration will be available on Monday, 5 October, from 15:00–19:00 in Room 24B at the Centro Internacional de Congresos de Yucatán.
Delegates who do not register on Monday can collect their badge from the Congress Registration Desk on Tuesday morning before the start of Tuesday’s scientific programme.

Presenting at the Congress? Review the presenter guidelines, including instructions for uploading slides for Short Oral, Long Oral, and Symposium presentations. All slides must be uploaded no less than 24 hours before your scheduled presentation time.

Beginning this weekend, we’ll be sharing brief daily updates with important information for the day ahead, including programme highlights, locations, social events, and other reminders.
We’ll keep these updates short so you can spend less time checking your email and more time enjoying the Congress.
Live Language Interpretation between English, Spanish, and Portuguese will be available for sessions held in the Keynote Hall throughout the Congress.
