This position involves promptly responding to emails or forwarding them to the relevant individuals within the organization. The commitment for this role is two years.

• Monitor and manage emails received at egro.hapsiobfsctd-1068aa@ofni, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Handle inquiries from the ISPAH website, responding promptly or forwarding them to the relevant personnel. 
• Collaborate with various ISPAH departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of queries. 
• Maintain an organized system for tracking and categorizing incoming emails and inquiries. 
• Provide regular updates to the General Committee on the status of email communications. 
• Assist in developing and refining processes for efficient email management.
