PhD Physician and Pediatrician with Postdoctoral studies in Health Promotion and Epidemiology from Queens University in Canada. I worked as a State Coordinator of Physical Activity for the Secretary of Health in Jalisco, México for 10 years. I have been working as an associate professor at the University of Guadalajara in the Institute of Physical Activity Applied and Sports Sciences for the last 25 years.  I coordinate the Physical Activity and Lifestyle Master Degree National of High Quality program (PNPC-CONACYT) at the Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico. My topics of interest are physical activity intervention programs in children and patients with chronic diseases.
