Early Career Network - representant for regionen

Beskrivelse:  

The ISPAH ECN committee is currently seeking to fill the position of WPRO (Western Pacific) Region Representative. Duties of this roles include providing regular updates from the region, supporting the organisation of webinars and congress activities by identifying and/or recruiting appropriate regional speakers as well as supporting local members and providing advocacy for the region as a whole. The duties will vary depending on the time of year and in relation to the timing of the biennial congress (next in the EURO region in Paris, 2024). 

Roller: 

• Rapportere om regionale aktiviteter og muligheter på månedlige møter  
• Assist the ECN Chair and Communications Officer with the planning and delivery of webinars and other activities (such as by recruiting regional speakers) 
• Representere ISPAH ECN på lokale konferanser og arrangementer godkjent av ECN-komiteen 
• Støtte medlemsengasjement ved å drive lokalt påvirkningsarbeid og fremme medlemskap 
• Ledelse og støtte til ECN-aktiviteter som organiseres i regionen 

• Påta seg andre ad hoc-relaterte oppgaver i regionen etter behov (for eksempel å identifisere potensielle fremtidige erstatninger) 

Krav: 

• Interessert (og erfaren) innen forskning på fysisk aktivitet og helse 
• Kunnskap om viktig forskning og/eller politikkutvikling knyttet til fysisk aktivitet i regionen 
• Organisert, effektiv, imøtekommende, lett å kommunisere med og fleksibel 

• Ideelt sett med et eksisterende nettverk av lokale kontakter innen fysisk aktivitet og helse 

Expected time commitment:   

• On average the role includes 2 hours/month, with the majority of the work occurring around the time of the monthly ECN committee meetings and during the congress
