This is to be done through the biennial meeting, webinars, and other initiatives throughout the year and with a team of individuals representing each WHO region through monthly meetings.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"roles\"><strong>R\u00f4les :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Oversee and coordinate ISPAH Early Career Network activities<\/li><li>Develop an ECN Workplan for approval by the board in advance of the AGM<\/li><li>Liaise with the ISPAH Executive and other ISPAH Board members on early career opportunities and actions as required<\/li><li>Recruit and maintain records of ECN steering committee and membership<\/li><li>Recruit and coordinate ISPAH membership into the ECN<\/li><li>Coordinate early career-related communications in conjunction with the ISPAH Communications Committee as needed<\/li><li>Liaise with the ISPAH Communication Committee to provide communications to ECN members<\/li><li>Coordinate ECN activities at the biennial ISPAH Congress\ufffc<\/li><li>Coordinate webinars and professional development opportunities for ECN members throughout the calendar year<\/li><li>Collaborate with the Low- and Middle-Income Countries Council (LMIC) and other councils, to enhance cross-organization engagement<\/li><li>Provide reports (written\/verbal) on ISPAH Early Career Network activities\/ issues at ISPAH Board meetings and the AGM<\/li><li>Planning for succession and identifying new ECN leadership and committee members<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"requirements\"><strong>Exigences :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong leadership qualities and an ability to engage a diverse group of professionals&nbsp;<\/li><li>Organizational skills to prepare meeting agendas and delegate action items&nbsp;<\/li><li>Strong communication skills that are responsive but also authoritative so decisions can be made in a timely manner&nbsp;<\/li><li>Listening skills needed to listen to ideas of ECN members and carry out actions based on needs&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_jf_schedule_form":"","_jf_limit_responses":"","country-income-classification":"","slim_seo":{"title":"Chair of the Early Career Network (ECN) Committee - ISPAH","description":"Description:&nbsp; The focus of this portfolio is to promote engagement from early career researchers (I.e., &lt;7 years post-PhD) in ISPAH.
